How Private Health Facilities Can Request to Remove Staff.

This service is offered to private health facilities requesting to remove staff. This is done when there is a change in staffing. The service is provided by the Ministry of Health (MOH).


The processing time is 15 Days and the service is Free of Charge.


Prerequisites:

  • Applicants with or without an account can apply for this service.

Required Attachments:

  • Resignation Letter

  • Confirmation Letter of Employer


Follow these simple steps to request to remove staff.

  1. Visit www.irembo.gov.rw, and under “Health”, click on Request to Remove Staff.

  1. Click “Apply”.

  1. Enter the Health Facility Details including the License Number.


  1. Enter the Staff details including the Staff’s identification and Reason for removal.


  1. Upload the required Attachments and click “Next”.


  1. Verify that the provided information is accurate, enter a phone number and email address, check the verification box, and click “Submit”.

  2. An application number will be generated (B2…) so you can track the status of your application.

Note:

  • Once the Ministry of Health receives and approves your application, you will receive a notification confirming the request to remove staff.
