This service allows landowners to update the legal representative listed on their land title. This service is provided by the National Land Authority (NLA).
The processing time is 13 days, and the service is free of charge.

Applicants without an account cannot apply for this service.

Follow these simple steps to learn how you can change the legal representative on your land title.
Visit www.irembo.gov.rw and click on Log In to start applying for this service
Under "Land," click on Title Details Update.
Select “Change the legal representative” from the drop-down menu.
Click “Apply”.
Add your (owner) identification details, contact information, and the parcel UPI.
Enter the new Legal Representative’s details, including their Identification information and Residential address.
Upload the required attachments in their right proportions, then click "Next.”.
Verify that the provided information is accurate, enter a phone number and email address, check the verification box, and click "Submit.”.
An application number will be generated (B2…) so you can track the status of your application.
Note:
Once the National Land Authority receives and approves your application, you will receive a notification to download your updated E-title.
